Ongoing Advisory Retainer

SEND compliance is not a one-off exercise. The landscape changes, new issues emerge, families raise concerns, governors ask questions, and the pressure on schools to get inclusion right does not pause between audit cycles.

An ongoing advisory retainer gives your school or college regular access to my support throughout the year but without the cost of a full-time hire and without the uncertainty of not knowing where to turn when something comes up.

Retainer clients work with me on a monthly basis, with an agreed number of hours available each month to meet your setting's needs (and budget), with a minimum three month commitment. I can help with:

• a policy question;
• a governance update;
• a communication with a family that needs careful handling;
• a question about a specific pupil's needs and provision;

or simply offer a member of your team a chance to have a conversation with someone who understands the SEND landscape .

Retainer clients also benefit from a reduced hourly rate of £110, priority scheduling, and a relationship that deepens over time. This means I get to know your school, your context, and your challenges in a way that makes every conversation more useful.
